Yasrin’s professional foundation was as a primary school teacher before she progressed into the care sector where she brings over five years of experience working in supported accommodation. She started as a support worker and quickly advanced through a range of senior roles, including Coordinator, Area Manager, and ultimately OFSTED Registered Service Manager.
